The citizens of Wingerter's Crossing recently voted unanimously to require all freight trains traveling through the city limits to end with a caboose. WHBL Railroad officials are outraged by the decision and plan to take the matter to court. Leo Ferro, Wingerter's Crossing council member at large, said, "Bring it on!"
